Telene DCPD-RIM systems can be processed on nearly all commercially available Reaction Injection Molding equipment. Special care to ensure good nitrogen blanketing, and avoiding exposure to oxygen or moisture are critical to successful and repeatable results.

The low in-mold pressures associated with RIM Molding allow for reduced mold and related handling equipment investment.

Production molds are typically produced from machined or cast aluminum.
